Like many people my age or thereabouts, I have worn - and continue to wear - a number of hats in order to get the job done, make ends meet, or just for personal satisfaction. This website is a means of encapsulating all of that into one tidy package.

• Real into cooking Japanese and Italian cuisines, alongside American "heartland" type recipes (but I'm discovering a love for Chinese cooking, too)
